We act for key organisations across the sector such as Places for People, Home Group, Yorkshire Housing Limited, Accent, Karbon, Bernicia, Rentplus and Plymouth Community Homes. We have eight offices in the UK which contain experts in all of the legal services which a RP requires.
We act for clients in their acquisition of units or land for development and all related aspects and also in key strategic advice and projects (using technology to ensure cost is competitive and ambitious timescales achievable).

Julia Thomson heads our team. Julia is a nationally recognised practitioner in the sector; involved in large scale projects and leading a team providing transactional support in all scales of acquisitions. Julia's thorough sector knowledge provides clients with a sounding board for key issues as well as a point of contact for legal needs. Shelley McConnell works alongside Julia on developments and acquisitions with Jason Hobday leading on housing management and James Clark on planning.
