We have supported many household names on Teesside, with a number of the region’s most significant projects for the best part of 30 years. Our Wilton office, at the heart of the Teesside Freeport, is the ideal location for us to continue to support our varied client base in one of the most economically active regions in the UK.

From the Wilton office, we will continue to support clients on a full range of legal matters, including in key sectors such as manufacturing, renewable energy, digital, transport and local government. We have a deep understanding of the region and the issues that matter to it; with the benefit of our experience working with stakeholders across Teesside over many years, we can guarantee the advice we give is relevant for the local market. We understand the lay of the land, the industry norms and can help you to identify which battles to pick to ensure you achieve your goals.

We've established our Wilton office to enable us to continue to support our existing clients and also work with investors moving into the region. Our office is located in the Wilton Centre which is adjacent to the Wilton International site, the hub of the Teesside process sector. The Wilton Centre, having recently been the subject of a multi-million pound refurbishment, is indicative of the regeneration and growth being seen on Teesside more widely (having formerly been the ICI UK headquarters) and is home to a variety of exciting and innovative businesses.

Our strengthened presence in the region will enable us to continue to support Teesside in achieving its potential by harnessing our unrivalled local, national and international expertise to enable our clients to capitalise on significant opportunities in the region. From the office we can offer targeted and relevant legal support but also connect our clients with our network of contacts and intermediaries in the region, across the UK and internationally, who can support our client's growth.

Please note: our Wilton law office has implemented safety measures in accordance with our COVID-19 risk assessment. Measures are in place to safeguard our people and visitors.
