Our work encompasses the full range of legal advice in relation to UK pension schemes from day-to-day benefit queries and member complaints to large scale restructuring and liability management projects.
The team works closely with our pensions litigation practice when our clients need their input and can draw on other areas of the firm, such as wider employment, investment and tax specialisms, to provide a seamless quality of service. A number of our team members have in-house, industry or other specialist experience which helps us to identify practical and commercial solutions for our clients. We also have close links to the key pensions regulatory bodies, in particular through secondment of staff to the Pension Protection Fund.
