As a responsible employer, we believe that providing a workplace where employees can live healthy and happy lives is essential.
We respect each other and value everyone.
We’re committed to building an inclusive workplace environment that empowers our people and supports them to reach their full potential.
Empowering our people
By starting conversations about employee health, safety and wellbeing, and listening to personal experiences and feedback, we focus on the issues that matter most to our people to provide a safe and supportive working environment in which everyone can flourish.
Our objectives
We’re committed to:
- Working positively to promote healthy high performance across all teams, identifying and supporting working practices that align with this approach and advocating for them throughout the business
- Raising the profile of wellbeing by promoting our wellbeing groups and resources across the firm, in all offices and teams.

Our wellbeing strategy is based on four pillars:
Initiatives to help you to stay healthy, active and engaged in and outside of work. Such as sports clubs, healthy catering options and free fruit.
Opportunities and initiatives to help you build relationships and improve your emotional wellbeing. Examples include wellbeing walks, craft clubs, team sports, volunteering opportunities and office social events.
Providing a range of financial benefits to support employees with short and long-term financial planning. Employee discounts are offered to assist with everyday expenses, and we provide educational sessions to enhance your financial knowledge for significant life stages.
As a firm we foster an open, non-judgmental culture, in which talking about mental wellbeing (both in and out of work) is accepted and encouraged. Professional mental health support and resources are available to all colleagues.

Wellbeing for the real world
Our wellbeing strategy is designed to ensure that we:
- Embed a positive workplace culture
- Share responsibility for positive wellbeing
- Create opportunities for people to provide feedback and share ideas
- Provide quality wellbeing benefits, support and resources.
On a day-to-day basis, this means effective, efficient and innovative systems, management support and working practices that help you be the very best you can be.
Training, role-modelling, encouraging others and open communication are promoted, in addition to online tools, in-person groups and networks, initiatives and events with colleagues and clients.
How do we do this?
We are supported by a fantastic network of wellbeing champions, mental health first aiders, grief first aiders, menopause champions, and a men’s wellbeing group. They all help us facilitate an open and supportive work culture.
They help us to develop and drive our wellbeing agenda, promote strategy and support the achievement of our objectives, advocate for positive wellbeing and get involved in initiatives, campaigns and events, and raise awareness of wellbeing support and resources.
Our work
Each year we have specific campaigns focused on Women’s Health, Men’s Health and Mental Health Awareness Week.
We have provided mental health training for managers and supervisors and continue to use our internal communications channels to share resources, advertise events and raise awareness of a range of subjects including menopause, sleep, stress, financial wellbeing and other health issues.
We provide an extensive range of employee benefits that support wellbeing, from online CBT and GP appointments to discounted gym memberships and onsite mortgage sessions.
Employees also benefit from improved paid family, neonatal and emergency leave provisions, and a hardship fund.
In partnership with the UK charity Talk Club, (a mental health charity for men), we’ve introduced Talk Clubs in two of our offices and plan to expand this further.
Our commitment to this work is exemplified by our investment in the IiP Wellbeing Silver Award, and our role as a signatory to the Mindful Business Charter.
“As a Mental Health First Aider you are putting yourself out there, encouraging open and honest conversation, and helping to break down the stigma surrounding mental health.”
