International law firm Womble Bond Dickinson has been named as one of Europe’s most innovative law firms by The Financial Times in its 2024 Innovative Lawyers: Europe Report.
Based on interviews, extensive research and robust client, independent and expert references carried out by the FT and its research partner, RSGI, the report, rankings and awards scheme provides a unique analysis of the legal industry, highlighting the best in innovative legal work across Europe. This year, 617 submissions from 229 law firms and in-house legal teams were researched and benchmarked, with WBD securing a place in the Top 50 law firm index.
WBD put forward a number of projects, showcasing its dedication to innovation and excellence. These include:
- iWomble: An internal AI chatbot developed in-house and designed to assist lawyers
- Definely: A document review technology solution that significantly improves the accuracy and efficiency of document analysis.
- Talking Table: An initiative creating a space for the firm’s women partners to come together and reflect on topics important to them, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
