We will focus on the trade union measures coming into force on 30 October, including the new duty to inform workers of their right to join a union and the new right for unions to access workplaces. These changes will apply to unionised and non-unionised workplaces, which means that all employers need to understand them. We will also look at the other changes happening in October, such as the increase in employment tribunal time limits and the changes to the law on harassment.
