WBD has scooped two awards at the Compliance Register Platinum Awards 2018. 

The firm won the Best Consultancy/Law Firm – Regulatory Compliance Award for its work advising clients on key areas of compliance with the complex legislative and regulatory jigsaw that firms in the financial sector have to navigate. Legal Director Emma Radmore also won the award for Most Outstanding Female Compliance Professional. Emma, who has won awards for her training skills in previous years, advises and trains clients on all aspects of financial services regulation and the prevention of financial crime.

The awards, which have now run for 15 consecutive years, took place last week (Thursday 29 November) in London. Organised by the Compliance Register, the financial services industry group dedicated to assisting compliance professionals and senior executives with their professional needs, the event recognised exemplary service to compliance and regulation in financial services.
