Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has recruited a new Legal Director to join its Housing Group in Leeds.
James Lawson joins from Eversheds Sutherland where he led the firm's residential development team in Yorkshire and the North East. He has a particular focus on both regions and has advised on deals across the country including development schemes in London.
James is a residential development specialist covering all aspects of residential development, acting for major housebuilders, landowners and mixed use developers. His expertise covers acquisitions, disposals, site set ups, site assembly, joint ventures, options and consortium agreements.
