• Acting for a US company following the administration of one of their UK suppliers. Working collaboratively with the administrator to ensure that the US company's business was not adversely affected by the insolvency
• Acting for an overseas liquidator of multiple companies involved in a Ponzi scheme. Assisting the liquidator with recognition of the foreign insolvency to bring claims to recover assets based in the UK
• Advising a foreign charge holder on the options available to them in relation to a UK division of an overseas company that had entered insolvency, resulting in the subsequent sale of the business and significant recoveries for the charge holder
• Acting for UK officeholders in the tracing and realisation of assets across numerous jurisdictions
• Acting for a UK officeholder to place a US company into administration in the UK to include the subsequent sale of the business and assets, together with the closure of the US entity
