Eleanor is a corporate associate specialising in all aspects of corporate finance work including M&A, investments, shareholder advice, and general company law.
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, corporate due diligence, project management and corporate governance.
Eleanor recently returned from secondment at a large financial institution during the period of a disposal of a large business unit to a competitor.

- The shareholders of Invenio Business Solutions Ltd in connection with the investment by BGF into Invenio together with the partial exit of certain shareholders
- Immediate Media Company Limited on the acquisition of Upper Street Events.
