WBD has hired an Associate, Jonathan Yates, in its Real Estate Finance and Investment team in Newcastle.
Jonathan has a broad range of commercial property experience with a particular focus on acting for funders and borrowers on real estate finance transactions often involving the financing of commercial and residential investment portfolios and development properties.
He has previously acted for many clearing and high street banks and advised numerous corporate and private borrowers. Jonathan is recommended in the current edition of the Legal 500 in which he is recognised for communicating in a clear jargon-free manner and offering timely advice.
