International law firm Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has seen three lawyers achieve world leading placements in practice area reports from a leading global legal research platform.
Two members of the firm's core real estate team and one from the firm's commercial team achieved 'Recommended' rankings in the Who's Who Legal (WWL) annual practice reports for Hospitality and IP respectively.
Partners Claire Wilkinson, Andrew Harding and James Love were included in the 2024 edition following WWL's comprehensive research process, which involves more than 5,000 interviews with leading practitioners annually.
Practitioners who are ranked in the reports represent those who understand the global complexities of their particular industry and have a strong expertise and practical experience working with clients on a range of matters within their own jurisdiction or internationally.
Claire, who leads the firm's retail and hospitality team and advises on transactions from site assembly and development through to letting and on-going asset management, has been named in WWL's Hospitality report alongside Andrew, who specialises in commercial property transactions with a particular emphasis on the investment, development, and leisure sectors.
James, who is the head of WBD's UK IP team and advises clients on a range of matters including patents, trademarks, copyright, designs, passing off, database rights and confidential information, was named in the IP report for 2024.
Claire said:
"It is an incredible honour to be named as a recommended lawyer in Who's Who Legal's report for Hospitality for 2024 and be included on a list alongside some of the best practitioners in the field.
"Our retail and hospitality team prides itself on providing the highest-quality service and support to our clients no matter their location or needs across the globe, and it is encouraging to see this recognition also achieved not only by some of our fellow practitioners in the UK, but our colleagues in the US also recognised for their talents."
Claire, Andrew, and James join other partners from the UK side of the firm which are listed in WWL practice reports, with Tim Barr, Ian Newcombe and Andrew Kimble listed in the Professional Negligence, Energy, and Data reports respectively.
