Mark is a partner in the real estate team, based in Newcastle, with almost 20 years' experience of acting for investors and developers. He has acted for clients on portfolio acquisition and disposal as well as the development of industrial, retail and office parks.
Mark is the client partner for some the leading property investment and development companies operating in the north east of England.

- Northumberland Estates - on the development of retail parks at Prudhoe and Shiremoor and Wynyard Business Village and industrial developments at the Tyne Tunnel and Team Valley Trading Estates
- Cable Properties and Investments - on the expansion of its national investment portfolio and on the acquisition of operational assets including the development of a new cable storage depot in Northampton which included leading multi-disciplinary team providing planning, environmental and construction advice
- A north east based property investment company on the management of a shopping centre, its industrial and office portfolio, including advising on the relocation of a college campus
- Mer Charging UK - on the expansion of its network of electric vehicle charging facilities in the UK including leading on a cross boarder deal involving Scottish sites
- A transport network operator on the site assembly and development of new ferry landing terminal.
