International law firm Womble Bond Dickinson has been reappointed to Transport for London's (TfL) legal services framework.

TfL has named 19 firms to its framework, which is worth an estimated £120m. The framework is due last four years, with an option to extend for two years.

Womble Bond Dickinson was successful in Lot 5 for Housing and Lot 7 for Major Consents. A team led by partners Bela Zavery (Housing) and Sarah White (Planning) guided on the extensive tender process, with overarching support from client relationship partner Martin Stacey.

The new framework will be available to TfL, including Places for London, London Underground, TfL Corporation and London Rail.

The panel will also carry out work for shared services clients such as Greater London Authority (GLA), Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC), London Legacy and Development Corporation (LLDC) and the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC).

The framework agreement commenced on 1 June 2025.

Martin Stacey commented:

"We are delighted to continue our longstanding relationship with Transport for London and its associated bodies. Being reappointed to the legal services framework is a testament to the trust and confidence TfL places in our team’s expertise, and we look forward to supporting their ambitious projects over the coming years."
