WBD has appointed Stephen Anderson as a Legal Director in the firm's commercial team in Southampton.
Stephen specialises in complex commercial agreements (including those for major procurement and outsourcing projects), government procurement contracts and intellectual property licensing. He has a particular focus on aerospace and defence having spent more than a decade as an in-house lawyer within that sector, initially at NATS and more recently at BAE Systems where he was a member of their Intellectual Property & Technology Law team before being appointed Senior Counsel to the Maritime Services Business Unit.
