Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has advised on the management buy-out (MBO) of Edinburgh-based interior design business Jeffreys Interiors. The firm represented Josephine Aynsley and Georgina Fraser on their acquisition of the business from its previous owners.

WBD's corporate practice acted on the MBO, led by associate David Ridley, who is dual-qualified in Scotland and England & Wales. David commented:
