Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has advised the private equity team of Puma Investments on a £3.6m investment into Dymag Group, the British designer and manufacturer of carbon hybrid automotive wheels.
The WBD corporate team was led by Partner Leon Miller , Associate Alex Fergus and Solicitor Arturas Jakubovskis who advised on the transaction.
Established in 1974, Dymag Group is a pioneer in carbon wheel technology and expects a record 2019, with the investment fueling its global growth plans. So far this year, funds managed by Puma Investments have invested £25m into seven companies and in October this year WBD advised the company on an equity investment into premium cycling brand Le Col.
