Joanna is a managing associate in the corporate finance team.
Joanna trained with the firm and qualified into the Corporate team in September 2018 having spent seats in Corporate, Banking and Restructuring and Insolvency.
Joanna deals with a full range of corporate finance matters and has experience working with clients on a range of corporate matters across a number of sectors. Her experience includes acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments and general company law matters.
Experience
Examples of experience include advising:
- the shareholders of NCE Group Limited, a leading UK and US independent provider of support services focused on data centre and enterprise IT environments to Park Place Technologies Inc.;
- Excelerate on the divestment of Seal Sands Gas Transportation Limited to Trafigura;
- A large retail company on the disposal of its retail business; and
- the lender on a £53,500,00 syndicatable finance facility made available to a real estate investment group.
