Harshil qualified as a solicitor into our banking team in September 2022. Harshil has experience of advising borrowers and lenders on a range of matters, including on real estate finance, asset finance and corporate finance transactions.
In addition, Harshil has experience of advising on grant funding made available to charities and not for profit organisations.
