Emily specialises in commercial real estate. She works on development and regeneration projects, particularly in relation to town centre and retail led schemes, and large scale mixed use schemes, acting for local authorities, developers and investors. Her experience covers the drafting and negotiation of complex development agreements, rent sharing/equity/building leases, development agreements for lease and assisting on related warranties and construction documentation. Emily also has experience dealing with JV vehicles/structures and all related aspects of EU procurement, vires, and governance generally.
In addition to development work, Emily has extensive experience advising landlords and tenants on the grant of commercial leases and asset management matters. Emily has a particular expertise in telecoms, acting for both operators and landowners.
