WBD has recruited Managing Associate, Natasha Brownlee, to join its Banking and Financial Services team in its Edinburgh office.
Natasha joins from the Sainsbury's Bank and Argos Financial Services Group where she provided targeted, commercially legal advice to the business on a wide range of regulatory matters including; consumer credit, payment services, insurance, marketing and financial promotions and all areas of customer focused communications. Natasha was heavily involved in the Sainsbury's Bank migration programme.
She has over 7 years' experience in advising businesses on legal and regulatory issues. Her role at WBD as a financial services lawyer will concentrate upon all areas of financial services regulation.
Natasha's appointment follows a wider ongoing recruitment drive in Edinburgh which saw a new Head of UK Financial Services, Jonny Williams and a new Financial Services Legal Director, Caroline Stevenson, joining the firm. The Edinburgh office also recently saw the recruitment of construction Managing Associate Lisa Dromgoole.
