Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) is delighted to have assisted its client, Endless LLP (via its Enact Fund), acquire an award winning post production house business. The acquisition of the business and assets of Evolutions Television Limited and Digital Post Limited has preserved over 100 jobs.

This was a truly multi-disciplinary effort from the WBD team involving Tom Pringle (Restructuring), Jonathan Dunkley (Restructuring), Harry Rose (Restructuring), Will Fraser (Real Estate), Joe Dean (Real Estate), Leon Miller (Corporate), Jack Irwin (Corporate), Tim Woodward (Employment), Heather Stickland (Employment), Chloe Grant (Employment), Viktor Osasu (Banking) and Ronan Lowney (Corporate Tax), amongst others.
