Bond Dickinson has been shortlisted for the Bristol Post Business Awards in the Contribution to the Community category.

With more than 35 finalists across 13 categories, the Bristol Post Business Awards, which will be held on 28 June at Ashton Gate Stadium, recognise the achievements of large and independent businesses and organisations in the city.

Bond Dickinson was shortlisted on the back of its successful CSR programme in Bristol and nationally with the firm giving great prominence to charitable giving, environmental sustainability, social mobility and Diversity & Inclusion.

Ewen Macgregor, Legal Director and CSR Head in Bond Dickinson's Bristol office said: "In Bristol, we provide fantastic opportunities to those who work with us and around us. Through partnerships with local charities and community projects, and through our own initiatives we’re determined to play our role in creating better places to live, work and do business.

"Beyond the support we give to our local community, we also work hard to make sure that our people have the opportunity to develop, grow and be rewarded for their success and challenge ourselves to make sure that the way we run our business has sustainability at the forefront."

Bristol is Bond Dickinson's second largest office where it employs more than 250 staff. In October, the business will become Womble Bond Dickinson when it completes its transatlantic combination with US law firm Womble Carlyle.
