Will is a corporate lawyer with many years of experience on a broad range of transactional work. He regularly leads M&A deals, group re-organisations, joint ventures and private company fundraisings as well as providing governance advice and strategic growth advice to clients. He acts for a wide range of businesses, from SMEs and owner-managed businesses to substantial private companies including those with venture capital investment.

He has worked on national and international transactions spread over a variety of sectors such as manufacturing, technology, pharmaceuticals and transport. He also advises the owners of rural estates, high net worth individuals and family investment companies on strategic corporate advice, sales & purchases and structural or tax-led re-organisations which frequently involve, as well as companies, a combination of LLPs, limited partnerships or traditional partnerships.
