Prior to joining WBD in October 2022, Simon acted in relation to the following notable matters:
- Provision of advice and support in relation to a ransomware attack affecting a global business. Advising in relation to incident response and related regulatory investigations
- Provision of advice and support in relation to a large-scale business email compromise affecting a global business. Advising in relation to global incident response strategy and related regulatory investigations and litigation
- Provision of advice and representation in relation to ICO enforcement proceedings concerning an organisation's electronic marketing practices and PECR compliance
- Provision of advice and representation in relation to an ICO investigation concerning an organisation's data processing activities and GDPR compliance.
