People are central to our success and as part of our in house recruitment team it is Sara’s job to find the right people to fill vacancies. She specialises in recruiting for the business support and secretarial teams across all our offices in the UK so she gets to work closely with talented team managers and directors. We do the majority of our recruitment for these teams directly meaning we rarely use agencies.

Sara’s role is to ascertain vacancy requirements, write the advertising material, shortlist, interview, conduct testing when needed and to manage the pre-employment checks and paperwork through to the induction stage.

Recruiting directly also enables her to be able to provide advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process both internally and to external applicants. 

Sara is also involved in a number of other recruitment initiatives including graduate recruitment activities, assessment centres, recruitment fairs and events, providing HR support, HR projects, and social media campaigns.

Sara joined the firm in 2011. Before joining the legal sector she worked for a large recruitment agency across London and the South West for 14 years.
