Lydia has recently qualified into the Real Estate team having obtained twelve months' property experience during her training contract at the firm.
She has a range of commercial property experience and has previously acted on behalf of investors and owner/occupiers in acquisitions and sales of commercial properties in both the public and private sector.
Lydia also regularly deals with a variety of landlord and tenant matters including the grant of leases and estate management work.
Lydia has gained invaluable experience during a six month secondment at a leading global chemicals company during her training contract which developed both her commercial awareness and client focus.

Examples of experience include advising:
- Education and Skills Funding Agency in connection with a number of acquisitions and leases of land and buildings for free school use, including some with development aspects
- Standard Life Trustee Company Limited on the acquisition and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property on behalf of SIPP members and estate management work.
