Liz’s principal focus is all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant work and investment property sales and acquisitions.
She has experience of acting for both investors and owner/occupiers in the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties and also acting for both landlords and tenants on commercial lease arrangements. She advises a full range of clients in the public and private sector from small businesses to property investment companies with a national and international portfolio, local councils and train franchise holders.

- Part of the team acting for Govia Limited and the on-station lettings at all the stations throughout the Thameslink, Southern and Great Northern (TSGN) network
- Part of the commercial property team acting for Grainger plc including all aspects of on-going estate management and portfolio acquisitions and sales
- Dealing with various estates owned by The Buccleuch Group (including Colchester Retail Park, Allison Court Metrocentre Gateshead, Lloyds Court Grey Street Newcastle upon Tyne, Red Square Retail Park Worthing), covering all aspects of on-going estate management and acquisitions and sales
- Part of the commercial property team acting for The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty including all aspects of on-going estate management
- Part of the team acting for Bourne Leisure, owned by Blackstone-managed funds on the purchase of Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club and Forest of Arden Country Club a part of the group's expansion of its Warner Leisure Hotels portfolio.
