Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has been named Best Law Firm for Legal Tech at the Legal Cheek Awards 2026, recognising the firm's commitment to innovation and its continued investment in technology to support clients and colleagues.
The annual awards celebrate the achievements of the UK's top trainee-rated firms and chambers, with winners determined by the results of Legal Cheek's trainee, junior lawyer and barrister surveys. This year's results were based on feedback from more than 2,000 lawyers across the country.
The award adds to a strong showing for the firm at this year's Legal Cheek Awards, where WBD was also highly commended in three categories: Best Law Firm for Partner Approachability, Best Law Firm for Eco-Friendliness and The Legal Cheek Firm of the Year.

The recognition follows recent success for WBD at The Legal 500 ESG Awards, where two of the firm's lawyers were honoured for their leadership on the ESG agenda.
Partner Lead for Responsible Business, Sally Dallow, was named ESG Private Practice Champion, while Managing Associate, Nazmin Akthar, was awarded DE&I Rising Star of the Year in recognition of her contribution to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion.
