Laura specialises in employment law and advises both private and public sector clients on a full range of employment issues including advising on unfair dismissal, disciplinary and grievance issues. She also has experience of drafting and negotiating contracts of employment and settlement agreements. Laura also provides support in corporate transactions and regularly undertakes due diligence from an employment perspective.

Laura also has experience of preparing employment tribunal cases for hearing, including claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment and whistleblowing.

Laura is a member of the Employment Lawyers' Association.
