Laura is an Associate in our technology team. Laura has significant experience advising on large scale outsourcing projects, many of which have a technology focus.
Laura has substantial experience advising both public and private organisations and has undertaken a number of projects on behalf of Central Government. Due to the nature of the matters Laura has advised on, she has particular experience advising on transactions which are subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
Prior to joining Bond Dickinson, Laura was seconded for 18 months' in-house at a UK Government funded innovation centre which has been tasked with stimulating innovation in the transport sector.
- Advising Ministry of Justice on the outsourcing of its translation and transcription requirements, which included the preparation and negotiation on a number of agreements with multiple suppliers
- Advising Post Office on the outsourcing of the provision of the Post Office Card Account
- Advising on the agreements necessary for the development of autonomous vehicles to be piloted in the United Kingdom
- Advising on development and provision of software at airports across the United Kingdom to provide real-time information about the departure of aircraft to a European flight information network.
