Josh is an associate in the Corporate and Securities practice group. Prior to joining Womble Bond Dickinson, he was an associate in the Washington, DC office of a leading financial services law firm. In this role, he represented financial institutions in connection with the public and private issuance of asset-backed securities, secured credit facilities, and ABCP financing of credit card receivables, consumer loans, auto loans and leases, trade receivables, equipment leases, and other financial assets. Josh also has experience drafting and negotiating offering and transaction documents, financing statements, and legal opinions in connection with securitization and structured finance transactions.

Josh graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law. During law school, he externed with RTI International in its Office of Corporate Counsel and the United States Bankruptcy Court in Raleigh.

Prior to law school, he attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he graduated with higest distinction.
