Joining the learning and development team in 2007, Jemma coordinated the firm's learning and development offering across all seven office locations until 2016.
Now a member of the recruitment team, as our Early Careers Coordinator, Jemma is responsible for growing our early engagement programmes, including building relationships with schools and learning providers.
Much of Jemma's work focuses on apprenticeship schemes, PRIME, Pathways to Law, skills workshops and insight days.
Jemma also co-ordinates, designs and delivers work experience opportunities outside of our graduate recruitment process.
Jemma is an Associate member of the CIPD.
