Jasleen is a first year trainee solicitor within the Planning & Infrastructure team. She has previously completed a seat in the Construction & Engineering team where she assisted the team on a variety of contentious and transitional matters. Jasleen has experience on a range of contentious disputes, including alternative dispute resolution forums such as mediation and, on the transactional side, reviewing and drafting construction contracts such as JCT standard forms.
Jasleen now supports the Planning & Infrastructure team by assisting with the drafting and reviewing of planning applications and planning agreements (with a key focus on Section 106 agreements) for various public and private sector clients.
