He specialises in working closely with clients on formulating and progressing benefit restructuring and transition management exercises for a combination of defined benefit, hybrid and defined contribution schemes.
Gavin is insightful, pragmatic and particularly skilled at finding solutions which strike the middle ground between trustees’ and employers’ interests.
Gavin also heads up the auto enrolment unit within the pensions team. He is recognised amongst clients as an expert in this field and has written extensively on the subject and delivered numerous training sessions to clients, intermediaries and industry experts.
