Erin Epley is a product liability litigation attorney who focuses her practice on defending tobacco industry clients in smoking and health litigation. Specifically, Erin works with fact and expert witnesses involved in the defense of this highly complex litigation.  Since 2016, Erin has served on more than 17 trial teams.

Additionally, Erin represents clients in complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court, including actions arising from breach of contract, insurance coverage, and bad faith claims.  

Erin has experience drafting responses and motions, arguing motions, writing trial and appellate briefs, participating in mediation, and helping depose fact and expert witnesses.  She also strives to perform at least 50 hours of pro bono representation each year.  Erin has represented pro bono clients in matters involving estate planning, claims for veterans’ disability compensation, and termination of parental rights appeals.
