Join our latest Employment Club webinar on Wednesday 17 June as we explore work-related stress and the practical steps organisations should be taking to manage it effectively.
Work-related mental illness is now the number one cause of work-related ill health. Managing work‑related stress is under increased scrutiny from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), and many employers are being challenged on whether they are meeting their statutory health and safety duties. HR professionals are often brought in when problems have already escalated.
In this session, Ashley Borthwick and Francesca Hodgson from our Regulatory team will discuss statutory duties for managing work-related stress, how to get it right in practice, common pitfalls organisations face and recent regulatory action taken by the HSE.
A member of our Employment team will also give an update on the Employment Rights Act 2025, focussing on some of the major changes to employment law that will take effect in October.
