She assists with managing global trademark portfolios, including coordinating foreign filings and overseeing maintenance and renewal programs.

Madison regularly works with in-house legal teams, brand managers, and marketing professionals on trademark and packaging design clearance, brand adoption, and risk assessment. Her practice includes conducting comprehensive trademark clearance searches, prosecuting trademark applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and supporting ongoing portfolio maintenance to help strengthen clients’ trademark rights worldwide.

In addition to her trademark practice, Madison is actively involved in pro bono matters, providing trademark and brand-related legal services to nonprofit organizations and emerging businesses.

Before joining the firm, Madison served as a legal extern for a leading international cybersecurity company providing intelligence-driven information security solutions to customers in more than 50 countries, including Fortune 100 companies and mid-sized businesses across multiple industries.
