She supports clients across public and private sectors on a range of workstreams, including section 106 planning agreements, development consent orders (DCOs), land compensation claims, highways agreements (including section 278 and section 38 agreements), and Transport and Works Act Order (TWAO) applications.

  • Acting on behalf of National Highways in respect of applications for DCOs for the A12 Chelmsford to A120 Widening Scheme
  • Acting on behalf of a local authority on a Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) land compensation claim
  • Acting on behalf of a private sector landowner on a CPO compensation claim in connection with the acquisition of an operational industrial site to deliver a large-scale redevelopment scheme. The claim involves complex valuation and disturbance issues, assisting with preparing a reference to the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber)
  • Acting for a statutory undertaker in negotiating protective provisions to form part of DCOs for a nationally significant infrastructure project in order to protect the client's apparatus from the proposed development
  • Acting for a public body in relation to the judicial review of the A303 Amesbury to Berwick Down DCO, including the review of application materials and attendance at the Administrative High Court
  • Acting on behalf of a local authority on the promotion of various TWAO projects in Cambridge, including drafting and reviewing application documents and negotiating agreements
  • Acting for a local authority in respect of various section 106 agreements for proposed comprehensive mixed-use redevelopment and regeneration projects in London, involving advising on the planning application, preparing for Committee and assisting with drafting and negotiation of the planning agreement.
