​Skye leads on all early talent recruitment across the firm - including graduates, apprenticeships, and internal routes. She is responsible for promoting our employer brand and driving our recruitment marketing strategy.

​She has worked in HR for ten years, and has experience in roles across HR, Learning & Development and Early Talent Recruitment and Development.

Skye is results-oriented, and enjoys identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement. She has demonstrated experience in the design, development and delivery of initiatives and programmes that attract, recruit and develop a pipeline of high-quality talent and enhance employer brand and reputation.

She enjoys thinking creatively, and bringing new ideas and concepts to fruition through a collaborative approach - working with teams across the business in order to do so.

Skye also works hard to ensure that WBD is always recruiting with diversity and social mobility in mind. She has been involved in the implementation of various mentoring programmes that align with the firm's attraction and ED&I initiatives. In order to align the team with WBD's sustainability goals, Skye works closely with our Responsible Business team to ensure our Early Talent Recruitment practices are sustainable in order to reduce waste and our carbon footprint as much as possible. She is also part of the Responsible Business working group, as the lead on social mobility. 

She also works closely with our Early Talent Development team to ensure cohesion across our talent identification through to development and qualification.
