Sarah has a range of residential property experience, having previously been seconded to a specialist asset management company, where she acted for professional investors in residential property.
She now works across the team with many developer and investor clients to assist with the delivery of residential property.
Sarah carries out a range of tasks including: carrying out due diligence; preparing reports on title for complex sites; negotiating contract documents (conditional and unconditional acquisitions); advising clients on portfolio acquisitions and disposals (including separate land and development agreements, turnkey and golden brick acquisitions); dealing with site infrastructure; and carrying out full site assembly.
