Sara is a managing associate specialising in real estate. She advises clients operating in a range of sectors, including healthcare, rail, development and telecoms. Sara has wide-ranging experience of complex sale and purchase contracts, conditional on planning for a number of clients in the healthcare sector and for residential development.
She also has experience acting for both landlord and corporate occupier tenants as well as retail tenants, drafting and negotiating conditional agreements for lease, pre-let agreements, leases and other ancillary documents for offices, shopping centres and retail parks.
In the telecoms sector, Sara has experience handling large portfolio transactions on behalf of telecoms operators.

Examples of experience include:
- Representing telecoms operators at mediation to agree settled documents on portfolio transactions
- Advising a major public body in relation to the acquisition of land for development of two medical centres, including overage and buy back provisions
- Acting on the acquisition of land across the country for the purposes of development, including the entry into conditional contracts and option agreements with national housebuilders.
