Rosie is an Associate specialising in construction and engineering disputes. 

Rosie acts for pubic and private sector clients including developers, employers, contractors and consultants. 

She has represented clients in complex and high value disputes in all forms of dispute resolution, from advising on dispute avoidance through to adjudication and litigation under a wide variety of contract forms, both standard and bespoke.

Rosie regularly appears in the Sheriff Court and instructs actions in the Court of Session. 

She is a notary public and member of the Society of Construction Law.
