Paige specialises in employment law and advises both public and private sector clients. Paige provides day to day advice to employers on all aspects of employment law including unfair dismissal, disciplinary and grievance issues, performance and redundancy.  

Paige also has experience in preparing employment tribunal cases including claims for constructive unfair dismissal, discrimination, and redundancy. 

As part of her training Paige was seconded to work in an in-house legal team, which involved advising the business on a broad range of legal issues.

Paige is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
