Nazmin is a managing associate with extensive experience across residential development and single-family rental portfolio transactions. She regularly advises investor and developer clients on a range of acquisition structures, including forward funding arrangements (with separate land and development agreements), turnkey purchases, golden brick arrangements, and bulk unit acquisitions.
She has worked with a broad spectrum of clients, including national housebuilders, small and medium-sized developers, registered providers and management companies. She is well-versed in both conditional and unconditional land acquisitions, disposals, site set-up matters, and the negotiation of infrastructure agreements that support residential schemes. She also advises on the refinancing of property portfolios, helping clients navigate the legal and commercial aspects of securing funding against completed or partially developed assets.
Her commercially focused and solutions-driven approach is informed by years of advising clients across the residential development sector, including those delivering affordable housing, giving her a strong grasp of the practical and strategic considerations that underpin successful development projects.
