Naomi first joined the Pensions team in November 2010, having trained as a solicitor in-house at Northern Rock plc.
Naomi advises both trustees and employers on all areas of pensions law, including scheme closures, buy-ins and buy-outs, benefit restructuring, and general day-to-day pensions advice. She also has experience of advising on corporate transactions and employment-related pensions matters, including automatic enrolment and the payment of ill-health retirement benefits. Naomi is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
