Michael is an Associate in our Commercial Disputes team and he has experience in a broad range of contentious matters including contractual, tortious and procurement disputes.
He has advised clients in court proceedings in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal and as part of alternative dispute resolution procedures such as mediation, arbitration and expert determination.
Michael also regularly undertakes advisory work for clients to help them understand their legal rights and obligations and to develop strategies for avoiding, resolving or escalating disputes as necessary.
