Megan joined the Agriculture, Farms & Estates team as a solicitor in March 2025, having trained and qualified with the firm.
She advises landed estates, institutional lenders, companies, charities, trusts and individuals in relation to all aspects of rural property law, including:
- Sales and acquisitions of rural property including farms, agricultural land, residential property and development sites
- Agricultural tenancies and leases
- Financing and refinancing of agricultural property
- Easements, profits à prendre and rights of common
- HM Land Registry work including first registrations of land.
