Madeline qualified into the Agriculture, Farms and Estates team in March 2024, and works on a wide variety of commercial and private real estate transactions. She supports a range of clients such as companies, charities, individuals and trusts.
Madeline has been involved in the negotiation of sales, purchases, leases, licences, overages, option agreements and other deeds. She is well versed in negotiating 1954 Act landlord and tenant leases and works on a range of rural and non-rural property including solar farms, bare land and commercial buildings.

- Represented landowners in large complex property sales and strategic land sales to housing developers, including drafting option agreements and overage deeds over the land
- Successfully negotiated leases for our large charity and commercial clients
- Involved in drafting and negotiating leases for solar farms and sub-stations
- Drafted and completed deeds of variation, licences and other real estate documents.
