Kyra Plier focuses her practice on complex business litigation in the insurance sector. With a focus on both first-party and third-party insurance defense, Kyra has extensive experience defending insurers against a wide array of claims, including property damage and bodily injury.
Prior to joining the firm, Kyra worked for a major American personal lines insurance provider. In her role she focused her practice in managing a team of up to 10 in-house counsels, overseeing over 200 active case files from initiation to resolution, including trials, mediations, appeals, and settlements. She has succesfully represented insurers across a variety of jurisdictions.
